Welcome to our new look for Y2K To make navigation a bit easier throughout the Kilowatter, I am now using frames which allows the index to remain visible to the left with a scroll bar to allow moving up and down. We assume that everyone has by now increased their screen resolution to at least 800 by 600 which will be necessary to properly view the newsletter.
If you cannot see the red bars at each end of the green line without scrolling, (or minimal scrolling) then you must increase your screen resolution to at least 800 X 600. If you have any problems doing this feel free to contact the webmaster@kwarc.org
