Gord Gibson, VE3NQK, told me that someone had been asking where I had got to, since I haven't been very active on the ham bands.

Last April we moved to a condo, and found out that the condo regs forbid my putting up an antenna, or a wire out the window, or whatever, and since we don't have a balcony, this effectively put an end to my net control work on the Trans-provincial 40metre net or traffic handling on 80 m. 

I am still alive and kicking, but more involved with absorbing all there is to find out on Windows 98, Netscape, and other wonders of cyberspace.

So whoever was inquiring after my health can e-mail me or call me at 578-8075 for further info.

I miss HF radio a lot, but after all, I've been licensed for fifty years, and since I can't operate at present from this condo, it's on to other things.
