Phone Patch Now FREE With Membership

At the August 14th Executive meeting, a motion was made by Dave Johnson, VA3MRJ, and seconded by Bob VA3MCK as follows, "Motion to remove the codes from the autopatches, allowing members and roaming amateurs unfretted access to the KWARC autopatch." Following a brief discussion the motion passed unanimously.

This means that effective September 11th, all KWARC members will have Phone Patch privileges as part of their annual membership. 

The access code will be the standard * = ON # = OFF. Remember that on KSR dial the * then release an wait for dial tone before dialing the number which on RCK you must dial the * + the number without releasing the PTT.

Members should refresh themselves with Patch procedures published last month for full details.

While the patch will now be open and available to all, it is expected that local amateurs will be a full or associate member of KWARC.
