We are sad to announce that long term KWARC member and Past President Keith Campbell VE3IZW has become a "Silent Key" Keith passed away on Tuesday Aug 4th following a lengthy illness. Keith is survived by his wife Doreen and two daughters, Charlene and Jennifer.
Keith served KWARC as President during our 1980-81 fiscal year. Beside his active involvement with KWARC most recently as the meeting welcoming committee, Keith was also an active member of the IEEE. Ed Spike passes on the following...
Keith was a Past Chair of the KW Section of the IEEE. His support of the Student Activities and the KW Section Activities spanned more than the 1970's and the 1980's. Many of us can remember the meetings at U of W and NCR where Keith put forth sound ideas which kept the KW IEEE moving ahead. We are all are fortunate to have had Keith's dedicate support from the industrial engineering sector of our community.
