The 1999 Ontario QSO Party which will run April 24-25, 1999 from 1800 UTC Saturday to 1800 UTC Sunday. I'm hoping we can get as many stations on the air as possible from across the province from as many counties, districts and regional municipalities as possible. I know Don VE3ESE is planning to go mobile with several guys activating a number of Ontario counties...I hope we can get some more folks on representing "Waterloo Region" in the "OQP". A new "Ontario Award" kicks off for contacts made after April 1, 1999. You have to work at least one station in each of the 48 counties, districts and regional municipalities plus VA3RAC and VE3ODX (which will be operating as special event station XL3D up to April 25th). And obviously one of the best ways to earn the award is to get on the air during the Ontario QSO Party!! FREQUENCIES: SUGGESTED FREQUENCIES FOR MOBILES/QRP USING SSB: 1.870, 3.735, 3.860, 7.070, 7.260, 14.130, 14.265, 21.260, 28.360 CW 1.820, 3.520, 3.720, 7.020, 7.120, 14.020, 21.020, 21.120, 28.020 and on FM 52.540, 146.550, 446.100. SUGGESTED MANNER OF
