Membership Renewals

KWARC is now able to provide 12 month calendar membership terms. This means that if you join the club in mid year, January for example, your renewal date will be the following January. As you renewed your membership last year, your renewal date (printed on every mailing label) will now fall 12 months later.

WATCH YOUR LABEL FOR THE EXPIRY NOTICE
Members who have chosen to read the On-Line Kilowatter will start to receive a printed version by Snail Mail two months prior to membership expiring.  

NOTE:
If you still receive a printed Kilowatter and wish to read it here instead, you can save $5.00 on your membership.

Please drop your treasurer a line and I will change the database record and arrange for your renual date to be extended to reflect the saving. 

The top-right line on your label will read "Expires soon mm/yy. Please renew" where mm/yy is the month/year of expiry. If you miss the first reminder the next months label will read. "Expired mm/yy. Last bulletin". Members who do not renew at the meeting in which their membership expires will receive a personal follow-up mailing reminding them of what they are missing.

As with any electronic system a few glitches may occur. Please notify your treasurer of any discrepancies that may occur

Please cut out the renewal form that is in the printed version and enclose it with your payment as your renewal date comes due. You will note one new line this month for your birthday. We are not looking for your year of birth just the month and the day so we can properly recognize our members.
