HAMMOND MUSEUM OF RADIO

OPEN HOUSE

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the Hammond Museum of Radio. This is the second largest collection of its kind in North America with over 800 items of wireless and radio equipment dating from 1912 to the 1960’s. There are also many types of vacuum tubes on display as well as microphones and speaker horns.

The Open House of the newly re-located Museum of Radio, will be Saturday, October 2, 1999 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. We hope my Dad will be well enough to attend and cut the ribbon and you and your colleagues are welcome to attend this Open House.

The Hammond Museum of Radio is located at 595 Southgate Drive, just off of Highway 6 north in the south end of Guelph. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. For further information or to make arrangements for a visit, please call 519-822-2960, ext. 252.
